Race Night

I would like to thank everybody who turned up last night at our first Race night.I would also like to thank everyone who sold race sheets and also those people who handed in raffle prizes,your generosity was amazing.Can I also thank Lee Shanks for all her hard work and the girls for organising the buffet.I think everyone who attended enjoyed themselves .
As a result of everyone's terrific efforts you have helped raise OUR club funds a staggering

Race Night

Can I remind you all that our race night starts at 7.30pm on Saturday.Can anyone unable to go please make a raffle donation or sponsor a race to help raise funds for OUR team.If you have a raffle prize please bring it along tomorrow at training.
If you have a race sheet can you ensure that it is returned at training tomorrow night at training along with any money.
I will be at training from 4-5 tomorrow ,Stevie and Craig will be taking the training

Crosshouse

We are playing Crosshouse on Tuesday night with a 6pm kick off,Please be there for no later than 5.45.Red and Black strips,game is at Lindsayfield Park

No game on Saturday

I'm afraid we have no game this weekend,it was our home game but the 2003s who we share the pitch with had already arranged their game.I did try to change it to Stewarton but they were in the same position ,we then tried for Sunday but they could not manage to get 2 teams so we decided to call it off and try to re arrange for the October holidays.

Training

Training will be from 4-6pm on Friday

Fees

At the moment some of you pay by standing order and some pay cash every 4 weeks or monthly,it is proving a bit difficult to keep track of as people are paying on different days of the month and different amounts .On Friday at training I will be giving everyone a mandate to sign and hand in to their bank for £22.00 to come off their accounts on the 1st of every month,once everyone's September standing order is paid can everyone cancel their current setup and start the new one from the 1st October.the people who pay their fees by cash can pay their money to me on Friday please and from then on everyone will be standing order.
I would appreciate your full co operation on this please

Race night tickets

Can you make sure you all have bought your Race night tickets by this weekend at the latest,this lets us sell any remaining tickets to friends and family,we are looking for Raffle prizes and people to sponsor races as well,contact myself or Lee Shanks for more information.

Sundays game v Irvine Meadow

We are playing on Sunday this week against Irvine Meadow at the Bailey Bridge football pitches in Irvine with a 10.15 ko,can we all be there for 10am please,red and black strips.

Race Night

Tickets for the Race night are on sale now and Lee Shanks will be selling them on Saturday morning at training.Please make an effort to go and support this night as all money raised will go to our club funds.Tickets are £3each and after this weekend they are on sale to the public so make sure you buy them this weekend or let me know if you want tickets reserved.

Training/Saturday

There will be NO Training this Friday,however we will be training on Saturday at the Grange at 9.30-11.30,training kits should be worn.
The fixture on Saturday agains Galston has been cancelled as all of their coaches are unavailable ,we will try to reschedule this game for the end of the season.
